If you have found this article it is likely because you have been doing some research on Premier Dead Sea Products.  Good for you!  It is a good idea to look into what is really going on before you make any big moves.

Premier Dead Sea Products are high-end cosmetic products based on the benefits of the minerals and salts from the Dead Sea.  Very smart.  Some of their products are award winning and recognized for their therapeutic powers and age defying benefits.  That being said this company charges an arm and a leg for most of there stuff so it better be good!

There is only one thing to say about Premier Dead Sea Products – BE CAREFUL.  Not for your health or your safety, simply for your pocketbook.  Move slowly if you are interested in Premier Dead Sea Products and make sure decision with your facts in hand.  Read up on the product, test the product if possible, decide if you are willing to spend the money on the product and then make your purchase if that is what you decide.

There are many positive reports and testimonies about how amazing various Premier products are.  There are also some reports about how the products did nothing more for the user then a typical cream, cleanser or sea salt scrub.  As with anything, the results will often vary based on the end user and various other factors all combined.  If someone tells you there is a magic bullet that works every time you know that this is not possible and that they are lying.  End of story.  So as a consumer be aware for your own best interests.

One particular challenge with these products is that a good number of these products are sold in mall kiosks in high traffic places where people are more likely to make impulse decisions.  After buying and trying their product they feel it doesn’t perform as promised and they feel disappointed.

This is another reason to move slow and discover what it is you would like and the various prices there may be for the product you have selected.  Many people report that they have purchased a Premier Dead Sea Product only to find it listed online a short while later for half the price they paid retail.  You will have a chance to find this product again, so don’t feel you need to move now.

If you are very interested in purchasing from this line of products I do recommend checking out there website to see all of what is available and then deciding from there what is best for you.  Another choice is to go on Amazon and see the line of Premier products as there are reviews to match, so you can read about others experiences as you shop.  Either way, just remember the trick – Go Slow!

What is a Sea Salt Cleanse?

A sea salt cleanse is a nice way to say – laxative.  It is natural and free of chemicals so it is likely a better laxative then most, but it is a laxative nonetheless.  It is as simple as adding in two teaspoons of sea salt into a quart of warm water and then chugging it back.  You will likely see, or rather feel, results within 30 minutes to two hours.  Once you start feeling the effects stay within a short distance of the toilet for a little while.  Like many laxatives it may take a few rounds to clear everything out.

Benefits of this Cleanse:

This is likely the most inexpensive cleanse/laxative anywhere.

It has been said to remove toxins simultaneously.

It will relieve constipation.

Improvement in digestion as the system becomes less burdened

Digestion is key to health and this can improve allergies, energy levels, headaches and a host of other discomforts

Considerations:

The reason that this particular cleanse works is because the body can’t absorb the salt water so it passes through the body.  As it passes through the system it takes with it all the built up fecal matter.  It can do this through the colon as intended, but also through the intestines as well.  Out with the old as we say!

As with anything health related check with your physician to determine if this is a good course of action for you.  There are certain health conditions that would suggest you should not partake in a sea salt cleanse.  You can also affect the cleanse by your eating the days prior to cleansing and the day of.  Lighter foods are more easily cleaned out of the digestive track.

De-toxing with Salt:

Use non-iodized salt in the cleanse, sea salt that is unprocessed is ideal.  There are other more complex cleanses that include the sea salt cleanse as one of multiple steps in their program.  You will also find that this cleanse is recommended pre surgery often to clean out the bowels.  Sea salt in general can be very cleansing and can be used in sea salt baths as well as sea salt scrubs.  These are beneficial for the body for detoxification purposes as well.

  • Salt is one of the five basic tastes recognizable to human taste buds, along with sweetness, sourness, bitter and savory.
  • Salt was once considered so valuable that kings would throw it over their shoulder for luck and safety from evil spirits.
  • Most people get the daily recommended dosage of iodine from iodized salt, which also provides an unwelcome addition of plutonium.  If a good diet is consumed it will have ample iodine.
  • Hunters use salt licks, which are big blocks of salt, to attract deer and to get them to stand in one place so they become sitting targets for the hunters.
  • Salt is used to melt ice in many colder regions of the world to prevent accidents on roads and sidewalks
  • Salt has been used as a currency in times where it was considered very valuable
